What time will my flowers be delivered?

You will receive an email on the morning of your scheduled delivery stating that day’s window — usually, deliveries arrive between 10am and 2pm. Upon arrival, we will ring the doorbell and leave flowers on the doorstep. If you’d like to be notified by text or phone call when the flowers arrive, send a note to team@wildlyfloral.co or put it in the Notes section on your order, and we will let our driver know!

Can I get my flowers earlier in the day?

If you’d like your flowers earlier in the day, we offer studio pick up from 11am - 1pm Tuesday through Friday, and 10am - 12pm on Saturday! If you need flowers delivered by a certain time for an event, reach out to team@wildlyfloral.co to let us know.

Why didn’t I get an ‘Out for Delivery’ email? I haven’t heard from you!

Check your spam folder! We’ve been having some issues with our emails being flagged as junk :( If you report it as Not Spam, that should help with our emails moving forward. Sorry about that!

Can I have flowers delivered today?

Typically we are able to accommodate same-day orders placed before 11am. If it’s a large order, give us a call at 862.205.3075 to confirm.

How do I care for my flowers?

For bouquets, we recommend dissolving half a packet of flower food in clean water and trimming stem ends .5 inches before putting in your vase. On the third or fourth day, toss out any sad looking flowers (these could contaminate the others!) Dissolve the other half of the flower food in fresh water and re-snip the ends of each stem, placing flowers back in the clean vessel.

For vase arrangements, keep an eye on the water level and refill as needed (probably daily). Completely dump out the water and refill with fresh on day 3 or 4. Pull out any sad looking stems to keep the rest fresh and healthy!

Can I order a subscription that ends after 3 / 6 / 12 months?

Yes! Place an order for a subscription and put the time frame you’d like within the Notes section. We will cancel it on our end after the time is up. If you aren’t sure of the time frame you’d like, you can cancel the subscription yourself when it suits you.

How do I participate in your vase buy back program?

Send us an email to team@wildlyfloral.co and we will arrange for a vase pick up at your home, or coordinate a time for you to drop at our studio. We’ll email you a promo code to use on your next order for $5 off! (This does not apply to Vase Arrangement Subscribers. Wildly vases only).
