The Sound Bath invites you to tap into the healing frequencies of voice, drum, crystal singing bowls, chimes & tuning forks for a journey into the "outer space" that is actually within. You’ll emerge from the experience freshly inspired to arrange a unique, ikebana inspired flower arrangement. The evening will close with a grounding meditation.
Sound Therapy & Meditation offer a range of benefits from relaxation, pain relief, increased creativity, renewed connection to self, improved sleep & beyond.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for the sound bath portion of the event.
We will start out sitting, and then you will be invited to lay down for the majority of the Sound Bath experience. You are always welcome to sit versus laying down, if that is more comfortable for you, or adjust at any time.
When entering into more relaxed states your body temperature can fluctuate - so make sure to dress comfortably for laying down on a mat, and in layers in case you want to bundle up in a cocoon.
Also, if you’d like to bring a pillow, blanket, and/or eye mask feel free!
All materials, instruction and supplies will be provided for mindful flower arranging following the Sound Bath experience.
